Delete it in the app
- Open the TerreNue app and sign in.
- Open Account, then Preferences.
- Tap Delete my account, then Delete.
Deletion starts at once. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app
Write to care@terrenue.in from any email address. Tell us the phone number you sign in with. We will ask you to confirm that the number is yours, and then we delete the account.
What is deleted
- Your profile and your preferences
- Your sessions, your streak and your Terra Points
- Your sleep logs, and anything the app read from a watch or a health app
- Your posts, replies and photos in Circle. If other people replied to one of your posts, their replies stay, under a note that says the post was removed.
- Your sign-in. The phone number is no longer an account with us.
What is kept
- Records of the orders you placed, with the name, phone number and address each was sent to
- Warranty registrations
- Consultation bookings and the record of their payment
We keep these as records of sales and of warranty, for as long as the law requires.
