Return Conditions:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
A return shipping charge of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund amount.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. This helps us verify the damage and process a full refund or replacement.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund (after deducting ₹150, if applicable).
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
